In September 2009 the Designer Outlet Center DOC has opened in Salzburg. podpod design was responsible for the interior and exterior light planning.

Parking decks

The stainless steel façade is illuminated by podpod design with an areal beam of light done by some special projectors. Thereby the unattractive parking decks become a mysterious sparkling effect and so are part of the design of the façade.

Illumination layout

By only using a few luminaires podpod design managed it to light up the façade optimally.

Visualization

Using a rendering made by the architects Kroh & Partner as a basis, podpod design could make a draft of a light visualization of the façade for the client.
