Future Evolution House – Home

The Future Evolution House of the futurologist Matthias Horx is a good example for the adventurous handling of all forms of energy production and consumption. The Future Evolution House is connected to the public power supply system, but additionally energy can be gained from the solar panels on the rooftop, the heat pump and a fuel cell, which is part of the next planned expansion step.

Future Evolution House

In the power station in the basement a colored lighting is installed, which shows through different colors if electricity is taken from the power supply system or given back. Of course it is a public orientated concept, but also a very charming one.
